Cliff Farm Cottage, North Carlton

A place of tranquillity in North Carlton
Cliff Farm Cottage is a charming cottage converted from nineteenth-century farm buildings in 2003, with level access for wheelchair and less mobile guests, and which sleeps four persons. It is situated on a working arable farm three miles north of the historic Cathedral City of Lincoln, close to the Lincolnshire Showground, and central to many local attractions

Relax in the secluded garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ, and enjoy the panoramic views over the Trent Valley, in particular the ‘Wide Open Skies’, the wildlife and the amazing sunsets. Enjoy peaceful country walks, or bring your bikes to explore further (lock-up shed available).

The spacious cottage comprises lounge with comfortable seating, dining table for convivial family meals, leading through a brick archway to a well-equipped kitchen and utility area. One double (kingsize bed) with en suite ‘wet room’, one twin room, and family bathroom with shower. The cottage is completely wheelchair friendly. The rent is fully inclusive, with no hidden extras including free WiFi.

Many guests comment on the proximity to Lincoln and the magnificent Cathedral and Castle. The Red Arrows based at nearby RAF Scampton can be seen performing overhead. Visitors search for antiques, stately homes, sandy beaches, the Wolds and local farmers’ markets, providing delicious ‘Tastes of Lincolnshire’.

Steve and Rae offer a warm welcome to all guests from the UK and overseas and in particular are delighted to greet returning guests, who come for the diversity that Lincolnshire has to offer.

Cliff Farm Cottage offers peace and tranquillity.
