Lincolnshire Life attends Miss England Semi Finals 2015

Kelham Hall hosted the semi finals of Miss England for the second year last month.
Over fifty contestants participated in several rounds during the day, which included a Country style fashion shoot, an Eco round, when girls modelled their own outfit made from recycled materials and the final round of presentation and confidence in Evening wear.

Local entrants were Miss Lincolnshire, Amelia Parrish and Miss Skegness, Olivia Green.

The judging panel included Jonathan Pass, owner of Kelham Hall; Caroline Bingham editor of Lincolnshire Life; Kirsty Heslewood Miss England 2013 and Rachel de Caux and Paula Short of Lincoln based Beauty Boulevard, whose lipstick brand Glitter Lips was one of the sponsors of the competition.

The ten winners go forward to the Miss England Final 2015, which will be held in Coventry this month.

The day after the competition Mr England Jordan Williams, his fiancée Kate and Amelia Parrish modelled ladies fashion from Blessed and menswear from Oxygen. Lincolnshire Life would like to thank both of these Newark based fashion stores for providing outfits by leading designer brands for this special, stunning shoot in the beautiful grounds and architecture of Kelham Hall.
